Tiphaine Louradour

Tiphaine Louradour became President of ILS in March 2020, bringing with her a wealth of management experience in international business and, in particular, the satellite launch industry. Tiphaine’s renewed vision for ILS is keenly focused on addressing customer needs.  In a very short time as President, Tiphaine moved quickly to streamline ILS operations, reduce costs, and work in partnership with its Russian counterparts (ILS majority owner Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center (KhSC), Glavkosmos and GK Launch Services) to make ILS an integral part of the commercial space industry.

Directly prior to assuming the President position at ILS, she served as President, Global Commercial Sales for United Launch Alliance (ULA) where she was responsible for commercial launch service sales utilizing the Atlas and Vulcan launch vehicles.  In her 13 years at ULA she served in varying capacities in finance, risk management, strategy, and business development.  Before her tenure with ULA, Tiphaine was a management consultant for businesses including healthcare and telecom industries.

Tiphaine, was born in Paris, France and obtained a degree of general studies in Economics, and a Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion from Dauphine University in Paris. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
