  • How do I register for the World Satellite Business Week

Registration can be completed online at http://www.satellite-business.com/en/register-2.

  • How do I register a group? Are there discounts for a group registration?

To register a group of 5 or more delegates, please contact us at summits@euroconsult-ec.com. We have discounts for large groups.

  • How do I pay for registration?

Online payments may be made by credit card only. All bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. Payment for registration must be received before the start of the conference (November 9), in the absence of which access to the conference may be refused.

  • Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

  • Will I receive a confirmation email?

Upon completion of registration, you will automatically receive your registration confirmation and invoice by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided during registration. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email.

  • I'm a member of the media/press. How do I register?

All information regarding press accreditation is available here: http://www.satellite-business.com/en/press-accreditation.

  • When will I receive my access codes for the virtual event platform?

Closer to the event, you will receive personalized access codes for the virtual event platform where you will be able to create a profile and access the tools offered by the platform 

 
  • What does registration include?

Registration to the World Satellite Business Week Virtual Edition includes:

Full access to on-demand post-event content  (incl. slides + videos)

Access to our A.I. powered matchmaking service: Register your profile with your sector of activity & sectors of interest The platform will then suggest potential contacts who might fit with your profile

Direct attendee messaging: You can contact attendees directly through a direct messaging system available in the platform: send a written message and discuss, set a meeting and share

Video meeting service (1:1 or group): You can organize a 1 to 1 meeting or group meeting directly through the platform. Select the day, time and see if your contact is available. You can then use your webcam or laptop to get in touch with other attendees and share documents and insights

Schedule and agenda management: When registering your profile, you can adapt your agenda to include your meetings and sessions, and share your availability with other attendees

  • What are the various sub-event tracks?

Summit for Satellite Financing: from Monday, November 9 to Tuesday, November 10, dedicated to the satellite communications and connectivity market.

Summit on Earth Observation Business: from Tuesday, November 10 to Wednesday, November 11, dedicated to the Earth observation and analytics market.

Enterprise Connectivity & SmartPlane Track: Monday, November 9, dedicated to mobility and connectivity.

Summit on Earth Observation and SmartAgri Track: Wednesday, November 11, dedicated to EO applications for precision agriculture and food security.

Registration for the World Satellite Business Week Virtual Edition includes access to all the above-mentioned tracks.

Registration for the World Satellite Business Week (full registration) includes access to all sub-events.

  • When will the WSBW Virtual Edition take place and what is the schedule?

The World Satellite Business Week will be taking place from November 9 to 11, 2020 from 1:30pm CET to 6pm CET every day.

  • Where can I find information about the conference sessions?

Information about the sessions and speakers can be found at http://www.satellite-business.com/en/2020-program.

Be sure to check the website regularly for ongoing updates on new speakers sessions, and presentations.

  • Can I cancel my participation?

We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be given for cancellations. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee. Before November 5, please send an email including registration information for the new participant (full name, job title and email) to summits@euroconsult-ec.com.

  • What happens if there are program changes or if the event is postponed/cancelled because of a force majeure?

If the event is postponed, delegate and sponsor payments will be credited towards the rescheduled event. If the delegates or sponsors are unable to attend the rescheduled event or if the event is cancelled, they will receive a 100% credit note representative of the payment received, to be used at a future Euroconsult event. The credit note will be valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance.

Euroconsult will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained due to the postponement, cancellation or modification of the Event arising from any cause whatsoever. This includes any costs of accommodation, travel, transportation, or additional services contracted or sustained, or any additional expenses incurred, as a result of the cancellation or modification of the Event.
